Payments and invoices

For subscriptions, cards, invoices, refunds, taxes and Customer Portal, include the account email, company name and invoice or payment ID if available.

Technical support

After signing in, use dashboard support to include tenant context, status, priority and comment history. Do not send passwords, full card details, API keys or secrets.
