AIVoice Terms of Service

Terms for using AIVoice, Stripe Billing, Checkout, Customer Portal, AI assistants, voice widgets, RAG and calendar integrations.

These terms describe the operational service rules. If a signed agreement, order form or DPA says something different, the individual agreement takes precedence.

1. Provider and contact

AIVoice is provided by StarCloudIT, Morszczukowa 3, 85-435 Bydgoszcz, Poland. Support contact: rs.starcloudit@gmail.com and +48 572 169 331.

Tax details, where applicable, are shown on the invoice or billing confirmation.

2. Service scope

AIVoice is a SaaS platform for AI assistants, voice/chat widgets, an admin dashboard, RAG knowledge bases, calendar integrations, automation tools and usage reporting.

Features depend on the selected plan, tenant configuration, AI provider availability, usage limits and provider keys configured in platform settings.

3. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for account details, assistant configuration, team access, RBAC permissions, source content and lawful deployment of the widget to end users.

The customer must have rights and a lawful basis for documents, websites, content, recordings and calendar data submitted to AIVoice.

4. AI, voice and RAG

AI output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Customers should verify results for business-critical, legal, medical, financial or other high-impact uses.

Assistants may use RAG documents, vector indexes, transcripts, MCP tools, calendar integrations and AI model providers configured in the platform.

5. Acceptable use

AIVoice must not be used for unlawful surveillance, impersonation, credential theft, spam, unauthorized scraping, bypassing security, processing sensitive data without a lawful basis or infringing third-party rights.

StarCloudIT may limit or suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, infrastructure protection, billing or abuse prevention.

6. Subscriptions, trial, payments and taxes

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually through Stripe Billing, Checkout and Customer Portal. If a trial is enabled, it lasts 7 days by default unless the checkout, offer or dashboard states otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades may apply immediately with proration; downgrades may apply from the next period.

Prices, currencies, taxes, limits and plan terms are shown in the application, Stripe Checkout or an individual offer. Stripe handles payment details; AIVoice does not store full card numbers.

7. Invoices, refunds and corrections

Invoices, receipts and payment confirmations may be issued or made available through Stripe and the AIVoice dashboard. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and tax data.

Refunds or credit notes are reviewed individually, especially for incorrect charges, service incidents or justified complaints.

8. Support and complaints

Support requests about accounts, payments, invoices, assistant configuration, widgets, calendars or security can be submitted through the support page, logged-in dashboard or rs.starcloudit@gmail.com.

Do not include passwords, full card details, API keys, secrets or unnecessary special-category data in support requests.

9. Termination, data and changes

After termination, data may be deleted, anonymized or retained where required for law, billing, security or configured retention.

StarCloudIT may update these terms when the service, law, billing model or security requirements change.
