Roles
For account, billing, support and security data, StarCloudIT is usually controller. For customer assistant data, StarCloudIT usually acts as processor on customer instructions.
The customer defines processing purposes, source content, retention, end-user notices and lawful bases for assistant deployment.
Processing scope
Processing may include conversations, transcripts, files, website crawling, embeddings, calendar data, tool results, audit metadata and consents.
Data is processed to provide, secure, maintain, bill and support the service.
Measures and termination
We use tenant isolation, access controls, secret encryption, audit logs, diagnostic redaction and provider-key boundaries.
After termination, data is deleted, returned or anonymized according to configuration, retention, agreement and law.
