AI and voice: model providers, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, embeddings, reranking, moderation and tool processing.
Operations: Stripe for payments, Resend or another email provider, observability, support, security and calendar integration providers.
Changes
Material category changes are documented operationally. If an agreement requires notice, we notify customers through the agreed channel.
Customers may limit some providers through feature configuration, provider-key pools, regions, retention and permissions.
